We are not responsible for any errors, delays, or issues arising from third-party payment providers.

All content, software, logos, graphics, and materials in The Backstage Suite are the property of The Backstage Group or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

By using the Software, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Backstage Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data, arising from your use of the Software.

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your access to the Software will be revoked, and we may delete your account and related data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where The Backstage Group is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date at the top will indicate when changes are made. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
