Built From Real Experience in Service Businesses
Before The Backstage Group, I was working inside service-based businesses – the same world many of our clients are in today.
I experienced firsthand what it’s like to juggle everything at once: managing clients, handling bookings, responding to messages, trying to keep social media active, fixing website issues, and still delivering great service every day.
And the biggest challenge wasn’t the work itself – it was the lack of systems.
Too many business owners are forced to wear every hat, spending time on technical tasks instead of focusing on growth, clients, and the work they love.
That’s when I realized something:
Most service businesses don’t need more effort — they need better systems.
The turning point
I started learning web design, automation, CRM systems, and marketing strategy with one goal in mind – to build a smarter foundation that could actually support business growth.
What started as a way to solve my own challenges quickly grew into helping other service-based businesses streamline their operations, attract more clients, and scale with ease.
